In packaging machinery, a turntable is a machine used for waiting areas. The turntable is widely used in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, edible oil, lubricants, and beauty products. It is utilized alongside washing, filling, capping, and labeling machines. When bottles are cleaned by the washing machine and need to move to the filling area, the turntable comes into play. The clean bottles pass from the washing machine to the turntable, and from there, they move to the filling machine. Thus, the turntable serves as a waiting area. The turntable is equipped with a motor and gearbox that continuously rotate, ensuring a continuous production flow. This reduces the probability of bottle congestion, thereby increasing production efficiency.
